Assalamua'laikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
I would like to wish Eid Mubarak, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, to all Muslims.
May this Eid bring you and your family joy, happiness, and prosperity.
On this day of victory, let us pray that Allah will accept our prayers, fast, and all the deeds during the holy month of Ramadhan.
I also pray that this Eid will bring peace and harmony to our community.
Let us celebrate this auspicious day together by setting aside our differences and promoting understanding among us.
Therefore, I hope Muslims will open their doors to the non-Muslims and let us keep the spirit of Muhibbah alive.
Islam is a religion of peace. However, the tolerance of its followers is not boundless. Respect is the key to a harmonious society.
As we celebrate, let us not forget the sufferings endured by the Palestinians and many more victims of injustice and aggression around the world.
Please do not forget them in your prayers.
Lastly, I hope that together, we will build a Malaysia based on respect.
Without respect, we can never achieve a united nation.
We need a strong Malaysia to successfully navigate our beloved nation through this challenging world.
